All our cords have a + or - of 1".

Americord accepts Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks, or money orders. Your credit card will be charged during online checkout. If your order is in production, your card will be charged just prior to shipment. Terms are available upon credit approval.

We ship orders via UPS. Customers with their own FedEx or UPS shipping account may also choose to ship collect using their account. Please provide your account details at the time of ordering.

We send tracking numbers through our automated email system so you can follow your power cords all the way to your door. You can also log into your account at any time to track your order. For larger items that ship by truck, you will typically receive a phone call to coordinate delivery details.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return your item for credit or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and in unused condition. A few of our vendors may be excluded from our return policy. Any exceptions are noted on the page of the item. Special orders where custom orders, Bulk Wire  or colors are selected are non-refundable. To return items for an exchange or refund please contact us via email or phone for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We ship items from our warehouse here in Utah.  All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. All returns for any reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee is only waived if there is an exchange for an item of equal value or greater, or a store credit. Round trip shipping charges will still apply.  Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, with a Return Authorization Number (provided by customer service) and should be in a resalable condition. Special order products such as items where wire is cut (this includes bulk wire orders) or made to a special length or additional labor is added to supply the product in a condition you would prefer are non refundable. Please note all clearance items are non returnable.
